The charging cable broke off in my iPad . How do I remove?

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) where the technicians will be able to assist - and using specialist tools, remove the broken Lightning connector from the socket of your iPad.
