Unable to send messages to non-Apple devices

I am operating a iPhone 6plus,

iOS 12.5.5

I am unable to send a message

to non-iPhone users. I have reviewed

the settings and it appears everything

is set right.

Looking for suggestions.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
