I would like to have my phone update ios 15

Your iPhone 6 (2014) is incapable of running iOS 13, iOS 14, or the current iOS 15.
There are no hardware upgrades available.
For iOS versions past iOS 12, you will need a newer (used, refurb) iPhone, or a new iPhone.
That is not possible, as the iPhone 6/6 Plus are not compatible with iOS 13 or higher.

The iPhone 6 does not have sufficient RAM.
The iPhone 6S has 2GB of RAM, the iPhone 6 has 1 GB.
ios15 will be on 7plus phone ??????
iOS 13, 14 or 15 all require an iPhone 6S or newer.
