I’ve got both reciepts for a 20 & 35$ apple gift cards that say I can’t redeem when I knw for a fact I haven’t used either card somebody plz help idk what I’m doing wrong and I need that $ bad.,

You may have done what I did once. I bought an apple gift card planning it for iTunes, when in fact it was only for in store Apple products. You should double check what services they can be redeemed against and towards. You may be redeeming against the wrong service across Apple
