how do i add the 3000 or so songs from my Song List into a Playlist? All in Apple Music.

Is there a way to create your own song list in Apple Music? Is there a way to create your own song list in Apple Music? How do you do it if it is possible. With Spotify, I can create playlists from songs I like in the order I like. With the old iTunes, I could pick a song and create a Genius playlist. Can I do that with Apple Music? Create it on the Mac and then move it to my iPhone.

Why are songs not in my library? In Apple Music settings, I've checked the button 'Add Playlist Songs'. I had hoped this meant that when I downloaded an entire Playlist from Apple, the songs would also be added to my Songs Library. But not so. They remain only accessible under Playlists. Is there a way to get songs added to my Songs library directly upon downloading a Playlist? Or must I add songs individually afterwards?
