Hello i can’t update iOS on my iPhone 6 it say’s I am no longer connected to the internet when I am connected

iOS 13 and above is not for iPhone 6:
12.5.5 is the highest an iPhone 6 can go. Updating to iOS13 and thereafter is not an option, as it does not have the required hardware for those iOS versions. So, consider upgrading to a more green phone. So, is 12.5.5 what is installed? Go to: Settings > General > About to find out.

It is the first-item down, below "Name". So, see if it read 12.5.5
