The return of money

Hi everyone, I’ve a problem related to cancelling a purchase in an app. So, I’ve reported a problem, that I purchased some good accidentally and I asked for the return. As it was written in the letter from the Apple, the money were returned to my credit card, but I see no changes on my bank account. What am I supposed to do now to have my money returned?

If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
