Can I upgrade from macOS High Sierra to macOS Mojave (or later) on a 2011 MBP?

Hello, hope somebody can help.

Can I upgrade from macOS High Sierra to macOS Mojave (or later) on a 2011 MBP?

Although Apple Support indicates that the oldest MBP that is compatibe with Mojave is mid 2012 or newer, I have upgraded the hardware on my MBP - so I have 16GB memory, 1 Tb Solid Sate SATA Drive with 211 GB storage availabe (processor 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7).

I ask this question because we have purchased a Microsoft 365 family package. However, when I attempted to download and install MS Office I get the message:-

'This software requires macOS 10.14.0 or later'

Is there any hope for me??

Many thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

Is it possible to change the graphics card on the Late 2011 MBP...

It is not. No MacBook Pro has a graphics "card." They never have. The gfx hardware is integral with and soldered to the logic board; it cannot be changed once the computer leaves the factory.
