I damaged my original iPhone and now I have a new iPhone I would like to get my information from the cloud restored to my phone how do I do that?

Click here and follow the instructions. The applications will be redownloaded from the iTunes Store as part of the process if they're still available there; it isn't actually possible to retrieve them from an unit running iOS 9.0 or later.
