Ghost touches are the sign of a failing display. The only way it can be fixed is to get the display replaced. You have an iPhone X. See whether your iPhone X qualifies for the ➔ iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program.

If your iPhone X does not qualify for the above program then you can have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for diagnosis and resolution.
