I received an email stating that my icloud space had been upgraded to 50 Gig at no additional cost, yet I am currently paying Apple $.99 a month for this service. What should I do?

The iCloud+ features are free for people paying for a storage upgrade.
The storage upgrade costs money.
If a physical store offers 6 of an item for the price of 5, that doesn't entitle people to just take one of that item.
