these are the only options i have for itunes on my pc:

Review the information at https://support.apple.com/guide/itunes/transfer-files-itns32636/windows You need to have a supported app installed on your device that can share files (eg something like file explorer or aloha browser). Anything else would simply be synchronized as selected on individual menu items (movies, photos, etc.)
What file sharing option are you expecting to see?
