I have assistive touch turned on but why isn’t the dot icon appearing on my screen?

Hi janaya194, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch and switch off the AssistiveTouch toggle and then switch it back on. If the menu button appears, check the Idle Opacity below on the same screen. If low, such as 15%, tap it and set it higher on the next screen.
