Changing country

Hello. I have a problem with an AppStore. I can’t download an app, because I changed country. The app in my last country was unable, but now it should be, however I am getting an error and a suggestion to change country back in settings. Could you say, how to fix it? Thanks.

You only have access to apps for updates and redownloading that are only offered in a specific country's store when your Apple ID is signed into that country.
