Was this a phone that you bought NEW directly from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller? If there is no business account on the phone the most common reason for this issue is if the phone has been hacked or jailbroken by you or before you acquired it.
no, there is none of what you mention.
I’m afraid I don’t know what you mean by jail broken.
here’s a screenshot.
Do you have a business email account on your phone, or is it being managed by your company or school under an MDM (Mobile Device Management) program?
No, it is not.
Go to Settings/General and scroll to the bottom. Do you see an entry for Profiles or Device Management?
And is your phone jailbroken?
No☹️. It is not.
Any computer or specifically Mac?
Windows 7 to 10 with iTunes installed, or a Mac.
Bought it from a Apple authorised reseller.

Either Windows or a Mac will work.
I just looked up what is jailbreaking and no, it wasn’t jailbroken into.
I have Windows 10.
I’ll give it a go.
Thank you✨
