Hello, September 4, I made a request for a refund for a random renewal of the subscription. 2 days have passed and he writes (The funds were returned to the account from which the payment for this purchase was made.) But nothing came to the account.

See this article:--> Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support, specifically section "When will I get the money back?".
