I already try what apple support said, but still I can't use my touch ID on my iphone 6 and it's the latest version on the phone. the screen still show faild.

Have you tried removing all the fingerprints that are saved? Then add it back one at a time.
Did you upgrade the phone or anything recently, or did it just stop working suddenly.
