Yes, as mentioned you can go to Catalina 10.15.7 however that is the end of the line for a 2013 iMac. If you have a need to go to Big Sur 11.x or beyond then it is time to replace the iMac. Please note that Apple considers a 2013 iMac as a vintage year which only means that parts are no longer available for it and Apple Stores will not work on it. They will likely continue security updates for a few more years though. If the computer runs okay then just continue enjoying it.

Hello again!
Yes, you can upgrade to macOS Catalina(10.15) by going to the App store and searching for macOS Catalina, or just follow this link:https://apps.apple.com/in/app/macos-catalina/id1466841314?mt=12.
After downloading follow the setup wizard to install Catalina.
