Why does the internet keep saying weak security when it’s 5g

5Ghz, different from 5G cellular, is not a security level, its a frequency. It just states the type of Wi-Fi you are using, but has no bearing on the security level.


Just because its at 5Ghz does not mean its more secure.


Make sure your router’s security is set to WPA2 AES or WPA3.
