Right side AirPod not working

Second time after 20 mins into Run....Right Airpod shuts off. left works. Starting workout fine not raining or any elements to effect device, Battery fine @ 77% pods and 96% Charger. Started @ 100%. Attempt to reconnect " connection Unsuccessful make sure Airpods is turned on and in Range. No S%$#. getting frustrated with this crap.

Yes i have placed pods in charger friggin while running and reset bluetooth connection ie see above prompt.

anyone can enlighten me would be most welcome.
