I wanna update my software iOS 14.5.1
iPhone 6s
If its actually a 6s, then just go to Settings->General->Software Update.
If doing the above says iOS 12.5.4 is up to date, then you have an iPhone 6 and not a 6S and it cannot be updated beyond that version.
what Should I do ?
