How do I restore my iPad when I don’t have a computer?

My iPad got “stuck” during an update (it wasn’t plugged into power & it was the middle of the day today, so I was surprised to find it trying to update!) It originally had just the Apple icon on the screen but after doing what the instructions showed to do it now has a picture to connect to power with:

support.apple.com/ipad/restore

There it tells me to connect my device to my computer but I don’t have a computer. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.

iPad, iPadOS 14

You will have to find a windows or Mac computer to restore it with iTunes or finder. There is no other mechanism -> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
