We understand that you are attempting to pair a device to your iPhone but your iPhone is not seeing the device. Do we have that right?

Is your Bluetooth device in discovery/pairing mode? Depending on the device, you may need to reach out to the manufacturer to find out how to get there.

If you’re already there, please follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot the situation - If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
