Apple Music Not Playing

I have not been able to play music on my apple music, please what is the problem? No single song is playing and I have internet. I was just charged for my monthly music subscription also and it’s not working. I have switched the phone and and off but nothing. Please help. I don’t want to have an iphone that doesn’t play music.

It seems you're having some trouble with Apple Music and we can help.


What happens when you try to play a song? Do you get an error?


Go to Settings > General > About, and tell us what your iPhone shows for the Version and for the Available storage.
