Yesterday I received a message saying someone is trying to log in with my AppleID , next thing my Email and Name changed and I couldn’t log in to my AppleID anymore. I made a new AppleID but i’m worried about my old subscriptions

I received the same message to my email ask me about verify my email and AppleID account but the email address were sent me the message was: ***9@microsoftonline.com
sincerely I don’t trust this email address. I currently change my password through a trust sing in apple page but still can’t sign in to my apple account because ask me to verify my email address.
where can I verify my account?
I've hadn’t verify from the link this suspicious email address sent me.
