activation lock

dear sir,

I tried many time and can't activation lock of my mini iPad. it's show the apple ID cannot be used to unlock this iPad.

iPad mini, iOS 9

If it's locked to a different Apple ID, log in with that one, or contact the person who can, or if you're the iPad's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.

If it's become unbound from that Apple ID but is still locked, submit an unlock request.
