Since the last software update, when I open the Mail app, a blank email appears and I cannot get to emails. I have to shut the mail app to make it go away. Shutting down my laptop and starting it back up does not fix the problem. Is there a fix?
Thanks for your response. I have tried that and the same thing happens. The blank email appears and I can’t remove it by clicking on the red dot in the upper left. I have to quit mail to remove it. I cannot get at my emails. I think I will have to call Apple.
In the Finder , click Applications in the sidebar, then double-click Mail..
