You have 14 days from the purchase date to return this iPhone for either a full refund or replacement. After that, the Apple warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you believe this to be the case an Apple technician must evaluate your phone to ascertain, whether or not, it is a defect to offer a free replacement. Regardless, contact Apple Support for assistance with this matter. You can do so simply by selecting the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
