"playback error" on firefox / windows10

Just started a subscription to Apple One - all works fine when streaming music from the MacBook and iPhone. Problem is on a Win10 system running Firefox to access my Apple One account. No issues with You Tube through the DAC (Topping D10) on Firefox ... iTunes works fine as well. When trying to stream music I get a "Playback Error" window pop-up with absolutely no information of troubleshooting advice. Can only click on "OK" .... no diagnostic info to go trace down. Disappointing.

I did try to de-select the "enable DRM" in Firefox preferences, but Apple Music flagged that as a requirement after logging in. I did want to try that option as part of my troubleshooting. Hard to believe I'd be the first person to try Firefox/Windows for Apple Music. Also tried on a Win10 laptop and got the same result.
