Restore

Hi

My iPhone is disabled and on Restore mode

I tried to restore with iTunes, faced with this error, ''The USB device not recognized 'the last UBS device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it.''

tried different computers, all USB ports

and still, see the same error.

Windows, Windows 10

I would start with going to your computer manufacturers website and see if they have updated USB drivers, BIOS updates, chipset drivers and firmware updates for your computer.

It's not as intimidating as it sounds, most manufacturers have software that will look at your computers drivers and download the newest drivers automatically.
