Hello:) You can search this excellent forum for more info. This is a great post made earlier by fellow forum poster Eric Root:
suggest you see if you can recover the ID/password. If you create/use a new Apple ID, you will lose access to some of your data and the purchases made with your existing Apple ID.
Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.
Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
