Transferring Contacts from Broken iPhone to New iPhone

I had an iPhone 7 with a hardware issue and it is broken completely (I can know longer use the phone). Luckily I saved all my old contact from the iPhone 7 to iCloud. Then I bought a new iPhone 12. Currently, I am unable to transfer my contacts from my old iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 12. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
