You cannot recover a forgotten passcode. You will have to erase your iPhone using a computer with iTunes, by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Once you're restored your iPhone, you can restore it from backup if you've been backing up your iPhone. If you have not backed up your phone, your data is gone.
