Inappropriate money deduction by iPhone iTunes store

Dear Sir/mam,


My Name is Mithil M. and I'm using iPhone 12 Pro Max. My money has been deducted by apple via iTunes store worth Rs.999/- which I have not purchased for any app or purchased item; so I want to know is there any provision in T&C for the same? and if there is provision what is exactly had mentioned for return or refundable money if any inappropriate money shall be deducted by apple? Help or Assist me if anyone knows the T&C.

They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


Once you find out what the charge was for by using the above instructions, see the following if you need to request a refund: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
