ONLY if you have/purchase a WiFi AND cellular data model iPad.

The WiFi AND cellular iPads ARE THE ONLY MODELS that have the needed GPS satellite receiving antennas designed in and allow these model iPads to have full GPS capabilities.

NO WiFi ONLY iPad has real, full GPS capabilities or features.
