So long story short my iPhone got broke by my now ex he bought me a cheap android a few months ago today I bought me another iPhone An I can’t remember my old iCloud or password so I made a new one and now my watch has a activation lock on it how do I get it off

A. Forgot your Apple ID:
If you cannot remember your Apple ID, go here: If you Forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support
B. Reseting your Password:
C. Fixing the Application Lock:
Contact Apple Support to get the Application Lock off.
Contact Apple Support:
Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
