The Fitness App

I downloaded the Fitness app on my phone for the Apple watch. However, when I click on it, nothing works. It’s simple a message indicating that I must download Activity on my watch. I already have Activity on my watch. I restarted my phone and watch and it’s still the same. I won’t know what else to do.
