If it is music you LEASED with an Apple Music subscription, it is DRM copy protected to play only on Apple approved devices.. You cannot transfer it to a CD (for example), copy, or reformat it. You can play it on iTunes with your PC however by following the steps in the 'How to listen to Apple Music on all of your devices' section of:
