What I can do if my phone is stolen and I did not do back up on it?I can still see where is the phone from find my phone app and I am still sing up with my Apple ID on it.Any help how I can restore my data from that phone,please?

If you didn't do a backup then all you can do is hope you used iCloud to sync a lot of things and recover what you can from iCloud. Some things are not stored in a backup.
