Booting up
IMac won't get past the login screen after I enter my password. I have already tried the Disk Utility - it found no errors. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks

Restart in Safe Mode - SHIFT - immediately at startup. Suggest disconnecting all external drive before attempting. Safe Mode does various things behind the sciences while booting - so only loads slowly which is normal
