Why can’t I update IOS on my apple iPhone 6 plus to the iOS 13or 14?

Because the iPhone 6 plus does not have enough ram nor cpu power for iOS 13 or 14. iOS 12.5.4 is as far as it can update. Its a 7 year old device at this point.
