How to get to the Quick Start screen (iPhone 6s)?

I am migrating from failing iPhone 6s to a working, used iPhone 6s.

How do I get to the Quick Start screen on the new phone?

Do I have to RESET to get the Quick Start screen?

I found the answer: Yes, RESET the target phone and it will enter the Quick Start dialog.
