Not able to send or receive photos in text

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with text messages. It sounds like you can't send or receive pictures.

Did you mean MMS, iMessage or both? Is MMS Messaging switched on in Settings > Messages? You would need to contact your carrier regarding MMS.

Does it happen on more than one Wi-Fi network and cellular data?

Have you seen these steps: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?
