my iPad entering an endless loop of reboot. Got into the recovery mode to either update or restore. Neither method works. Force to restore will cause the iPad to reboot then shows "The iPad could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013), Is there anyway to get it wiped and restored to factory setting? Appreciate any help in advance.
