Trying to delete apps from app library

Thank you for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you can't delete apps from the App Library on your iPhone.

First, please try restart your iPhone using the steps in this article: Restart your iPhone.

Then, try to delete the app using these instructions:

Delete an app from the App Library

1. Go to the App Library and tap the search field to open the list.
2. Touch and hold the app icon, then tap Delete App .
3. Tap Delete again to confirm.

You can also try this process:

1. Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen.
2. Swipe to the left to access your App Library.
3. Tap into the App Library folder that contains the app to delete.
4. Tap the "x" near the top left corner of the app.
5. Tap Done.

If you are not getting the Delete option when touching and holding the App, go to Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->iTunes & App Store Purchases->Deleting Apps and make sure its set to Allow.
