Wrong charge on account

I’m seeing an apple charge on my account for 59.99 however the only subscriptions I signed up for are apple music and iCloud storage so what is this new payment for?

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions

Get help with subscriptions not billed through Apple

Also see:

If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement

For a possible refund, see this:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
