MacBook Air M1 battery max capacity

After 6 months of using MacBook Air M1 I was curious what is the max battery capacity. MacOS settings show that it is 96%. However console command (ioreg -l -w0 |grep Capacity) shows that it is 3895 mah which is nearly 88%. So which program shows real max battery capacity?

Also note that "NominalChargeCapacity" is the same as

"DesignCapacity" and "MaxCapacity" is 100.

As to what is displayed in macOS, from this article:

About battery health management in Mac notebooks - Apple Support

"Based on the measurements that it collects, battery health management may temporarily reduce your battery's maximum charge. This happens as needed to ensure that your battery charges to a level that's optimized for your usage—reducing wear on the battery, and slowing its chemical aging."

So that "Maximum Capacity" percentage macOS is reporting

can vary up and down somewhat in the short term.

As to the meaning of "AppleRawMaxCapacity", I am not sure

what it really means and I see the same number as well.
