how do i reset a iPhone se

How do I do a factory reset on an iPhone SE that I don't have the code for. I tried several times and now it says hook up to iTunes but my Mac doesn't have it. It has Catalina.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - You can put your iOS device into recovery mode, then restore it using Music/iTunes.
