Someone hacked into my apple account, I changed my password and set up the two way authenticator, now the device that hacked my account had been removed but I want to see who hacked into my account. Is there a way to see the device (which hacked my account) if the device had been removed?

No, there is no way to find out anything about who did it. You’ve secured things now so at least they cannot get back in.
