Screen mirror and air play doesn’t work
I can't get screen mirror or air play to come up on my tv. I can hear the audio, but can't see it. Plus it's laggy and choppy.

Do you use an Apple TV box? Which model? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
From what device are you trying to AirPlay?
What type of content/from which content provider are you trying to AirPlay? Some content providers block AirPlay, or limit the compatible devices. So some things are just not supported.
